Driver Awards

P.A.M. Transport Inc. and Choctaw Express Inc. each select one driver (Choctaw Express selects one team) each month to receive the Driver of the Month award. At the end of the month, each Driver Manager nominates two drivers from his/her fleet to receive the award. These nominees are then reviewed by the Safety Department for preventable accidents/incidents and complaints and/or positive responses from the motoring public and from our customers. The final nominees are then voted upon by each of the following departments:

Logs
Billing
Fuel
Maintenance

In January, P.A.M. Transport Inc. nominates a Driver of the Year who is selected from the previous year's Driver of the Month recipients. The following departments will determine the recipient of the Driver of the Year award:

Safety
Logs
Billing
Fuel
Maintenace

Choctaw Express Inc. selects a Team of the Year for the previous year every January. The following departments will determine the recipient of the Team of the Year award:
